Looking for an alternative to wheat based flours?  We are now offering a gluten sensitive sourdough hybrid comprising of a blend of gluten flours.  This is a dense and hearty loaf with a moist and delicious crumb texture.  Perfect for sandwiches, and delightful for morning toast.  

Ingredients: Rice Flour, Tapicoa Starch, Sorghum Flour, Millet Flour/Oat Flour, Yeast, Sourdough Starter (gf), Sea Salt, Sugar, Psyllium Husk, Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar
